    The Heidelberg California Connect Board of Directors is comprised of six members. While they individually have diverse backgrounds, each has a concern for fostering cultural and business exchange between San Francisco, USA and Heidelberg, Germany.

    Kelcie Wong Board Member

    Kelcie Wong, President

    Kelcie is a nonprofit manager with 10 years experience in youth development, and a masters degree in Public Administration. She currently works at JVS, a workforce development agency that helps people build in-demand job skills to find sustainable careers. At JVS, Kelcie’s programs support at-risk youth in career readiness and particularly finding entry into meaningful employment in the skilled trades and automotive industries.   more

    PK Agarwal, Secretary/ Treasurer

    PK is CEO and Dean for Northeastern University – Silicon Valley. PK serves as the Chairman of Future 500, a bay area based nonprofit in the sustainability space.  Until recently, he was the CEO of TiE Global, a multinational non-profit dedicated to the growth of technology and entrepreneurship.     more

Kaussen is principal and sole owner of Biotext, LLC in San Francisco, California, an interlingual services company with translators in 43 countries, specializing in the translation of medical textbooks as well as texts in the fields of healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical trials, and medical equipment. more

    Ken Wilcox currently serves as Chairman of Silicon Valley Bank and was the first President of SPD Silicon Valley Bank.

    Mr. Wilcox was previously the CEO of SVB Financial Group. In that role, he successfully pursued a strategy of expansion and diversification, while remaining focused on the group’s core niches of technology, life sciences, venture capital and premium wineries.  more
